We want you to feel confident and beautiful in any weather, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all Hairbrella products in their original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
